Board Statistics

EXPLANATIONS:

• The statistics cover companies whose shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul and are subject to the Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II.17.1.
• Statistics are prepared using the Corporate Governance Information Form published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by the BIST Equity Market companies,  in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Decision No. 2/49 dated 10/01/2019 and the Board Members table in the General Information section of the companies' KAP pages.
• Board of Directors Statistics are updated twice a year, in February and July.
• Although the markets and indices in which the companies are listed are announced periodically by Borsa Istanbul, there are companies whose market/index information change during the period. In this context, the market/index information of companies as of table's calculation date are taken as basis and the changes are not taken into account. 
• The list of companies in the corporate governance groups that are taken as a basis in the preparation of the tables is announced once a year, every January, by the Capital Markets Board through the Board Bulletin and is not updated during the period. The list of companies in Group 1, 2 and 3  can be accessed from the "Announcements" section of the page https://kap.org.tr/tr/about/mevzuat-duyurular-ve-kilavuzlar/tab-content/mevzuatlar_ve_kilavuzlar.
• The groups used as a basis in calculating the tables reflect the situation on the date the relevant data was obtained.
