Risk Tendency Index
EXPLANATIONS:
- The starting period of the index is April 2010 and the index is calculated and published on a weekly basis.
- The algorithm used to calculate the index was prepared in cooperation with MKK and Özyeğin University.
- REKS is used to measure investor risk tendency by scoring method.
- The ''Threshold value'' to be used in determining the investors to be included in the index is updated every year according to current macroeconomic data and investor portfolio dynamics.
- Due to the fact that the risk tendency of each investor profile may differ in the markets, separate indices are calculated for 6 different investor groups in additon to the general REKS index, which covers all investors.
- The Threshold value used to determine the investor to be included in the index is updated 1 time a year.
- REKS Funds calculation includes investments of domestic funds.
